About Allison
Allison Fay Novak is an Executive Director and the Liquidity Specialist Team Lead at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
The Liquidity Specialists are a team of dedicated, experienced professionals who partner with advisors and their high-net-worth clients to help address liquidity needs and develop bespoke cash management strategies.
In her leadership role, Allison sets the strategic direction for the team in providing clients with cash management approaches that can align with near- and long-term liquidity needs. She draws upon deep experience in the competitive landscape and underlying rate environment to help create custom strategies that can result in enhanced cash yield for clients.
In a career that began in the firm’s management training program, Allison has worked in the J.P. Morgan Asset and Wealth Management division in sales, product development and client service relationship roles. Before pivoting her focus specifically to liquidity management, she was a Banking and Liquidity Solutions Specialist covering J.P. Morgan Advisors.
Allison earned a B.A. in Economics from Indiana University and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from DePaul University. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two sons.
