About Andrew

Andrew Fong is an Executive Director and the Head of Business Development at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

In his leadership role, Andrew sets the strategic direction for the team, which is responsible for driving and developing the Wealth Management Banking platform. His team pays specific attention to investment-aligned bank deposits and the cash sweep platform.

Andrew's two decades of experience in the financial services industry began at Smith Barney in 2005, after which he joined Morgan Stanley through their joint venture with Smith Barney in 2009. There, he supported the deposits offering to the firm's wealth management clients, managing FDIC-insured deposit sweeps, FX deposits and promotional CDs to promote new money to Morgan Stanley.

Andrew joined J.P. Morgan in 2016, initially managing J.P. Morgan Securities' cash sweep platform and money market fund offering. More recently, he managed pricing and banking product strategy for the Banking Practice team in the J.P. Morgan Private Bank Deposits group.

Andrew earned a B.A. in Economics from Duke University and an M.B.A. in Finance from Duke's Fuqua School of Business. He holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses.
