As a principal of the Delaney Foster Group, Chris works closely with private business owners anticipating the sale of their company or experiencing a liquidity event. His focus is on offering pre- and post-transaction planning to make the most of the generational legacy they've created. He is also experienced in working with professional athletes who seek guidance on ways to financially prepare for a life beyond sports.

Chris offers a long-term planning approach that begins by listening to the aspirations and goals of each individual. He helps them to articulate what they hope to achieve with their assets and presents complex recommendations in easy-to-understand terms. A native of Johns Creek, he has deep roots in Atlanta and offers his extensive network to clients and colleagues alike.

Chris has always been interested in a career in wealth management. He earned a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Finance from the University of South Carolina. In nearly a decade in the industry, Chris has developed a significant background in building customized portfolios for high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients. He spent three years with Mainstay Investments in New York before returning home to Georgia to join J.P. Morgan.

Chris is a licensed scuba diver and coaches rugby in Atlanta. He formerly volunteered with the Crohn's and Colitis Foundation.
