About Matt

Matt Flaks is a Client Associate at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Matt joined the firm and The Price Group in 2024 after spending two years as a financial representative at Northwestern Mutual.

In his role, Matt wears many hats—providing wideranging support to clients, introducing them to the firm's time-saving technology, and handling transactions, administrative requests, new account openings, account maintenance, wire transfers and more. He finds conversations with clients to be inspiring, educational and critical to his ability to provide white-glove service. Matt feels fortunate to be in a position to learn from his colleagues and demonstrate his natural affinity for people and their priorities.

Matt became fascinated with investing in college, joining his roommates in reading about the markets and making stock selections.

He holds a B.S. in Psychology from Florida State University. A loud and proud Seminoles fan, Matt still has plenty of energy for competitive games of pickleball. He "relaxes" on the golf course and at Boston Harbor, where he is beginning to fish for striped bass. Matt has also been learning American Sign Language and hopes to become fluent in 2025. He recently moved to Beacon Hill.
