About Gary

Gary Worley is a Managing Director and Wealth Advisor with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Gary draws on three decades of institutional-quality fixed income experience to address the sophisticated investment management needs of ultra-high-net-worth families. He couples his background with the differentiated services of J.P. Morgan's Outsourced CIO (OCIO) capabilities to help oversee the challenges and opportunities that accompany long-term, multi-generational family assets. The OCIO is a boutique advisory team within the firm, dedicated to assisting the most prominent families in fulfilling their mandates and establishing a meaningful legacy.

In a career that began right out of college at a middlemarket fixed income desk on Wall Street, Gary has built a reputation not only for his strong technical background but also for his attention to detail and problem-solving skills. He has been at J.P. Morgan and its predecessor firms the entire time, rising to a senior position and covering many of the largest financial institutions in the world—insurance companies, corporations, banks and asset managers. This foundation is differentiating and enables him to impart high-touch guidance to the families he serves.

A graduate of Northeastern University, Gary earned a B.S. in Economics. He has a passion for mentorship, offering career insights and guidance to students and individuals throughout their careers, and is proud of maintaining many of those connections to this day.

Gary and his wife live in Boston with their son and have successfully launched their other two sons into adulthood in Philadelphia and New York.
