About Jake
Jake Smith is a Client Associate at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Jake Smith serves as the team's senior investment analyst. As a voting member of the team's investment committee, he conducts equity and fixed income research and assists with the construction of clients' goal-based wealth plans. Jake leads the team's implementation of specialty asset class strategies including the use of alternative investments. He is also responsible for managing day-to-day business activities, credit strategies, and overseeing clients' accounts.
Jake is a Harvard College graduate with an A.B. in Government. He is a Series 7 and 66 licensed professional. He was a three-time Michigan state champion and starting quarterback for the Harvard football team, receiving All-Ivy accolades. He remains ranked among the Crimson's top 10 in career passing yards, completions, and touchdown passes. Jake enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle through fitness and enjoys spending time in northern Michigan with friends and family.
