About Elizabeth
Liz Hanley is a Client Associate with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. As a member of The McPhee Haggerty Group, she is responsible for serving as the client point person, overseeing the onboarding process and fostering close client relationships. Liz's functions include settling institutional, client, domestic and foreign trades, and facilitating money transfer requests. She also works with executives who are selling restricted stock to ensure the due diligence is done properly. Having obtained her Series 7 and 6 licenses, Liz helps execute trades on both the brokerage and money manager platforms. She adds further value to her team and clients by being a licensed notary in the state of Massachusetts.
Liz has spent years building rapport with clients, and has earned their trust. She forges strong ties with them, and they often call on her with respect to client service issues.
Beginning her career at a Boston-based brokerage firm, Liz marketed mutual funds, annuities and life insurance to internal brokers. She then joined Bear Stearns as a Senior Sales Assistant from 1999 to 2008, and moved to Oppenheimer & Co. as a Senior Financial Associate from 2008 to 2010. Liz transitioned to her current role at J.P. Morgan in 2010.
Liz grew up in Westford, Massachusetts, and graduated from Saint Anselm College with a B.A. in Sociology. She is a member of Women's Interactive Network (WIN), a corporate-sponsored organization for professional women. Liz is also a fundraiser for the American Diabetes Association. She and her husband, Keith, and son, Chace, live in suburban Boston. In addition to spending time with her family, Liz enjoys skiing, reading and photography. A travel enthusiast, she has journeyed extensively throughout the United States, Europe and the Caribbean.
