About Will

Will Strabley is an Associate and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Prior to joining the firm in 2023, Will worked as a financial advisor with First Republic and Merrill Lynch. Prior to that, he worked as a planning consultant for one of the leading practices at Fidelity, building goals-based financial plans and portfolios for high-net-worth families. He began his career in finance at a small private equity firm in Boulder, Colorado.

Will focuses his skills on exit planning for founders and CEOs, diversification of concentrated positions and financial planning for all clients, including generations of families who've been with the team for years. He strives to create a proactive, individualized client experience.

Will enjoys building relationships with clients, understanding what is most important to them on a personal level, and meeting their financial challenges with customized solutions and attentive service. His mission is to help clients grow, preserve, and pass along wealth and mitigate tax consequences, while ensuring that they feel heard and part of the financial planning process. Will feels that taking a collaborative approach to financial planning is key to ensuring that clients feel confident in the plans they build with him.

A graduate of Trinity College, Will earned a B.A. in English along with an award for excellence in fiction for a short story he wrote. He is a voracious reader of finance and fiction, an avid cook, and enjoys walks on the beach in South Boston with his Red Lab, Remy. When time allows, Will visits family in Maine to hike, play pond hockey, and enjoy the coastline.
