Jim Doyle is the Manager of Retirement Sales and Consulting Services for J.P. Morgan. He has extensive experience in all areas associated with the delivery of corporate-sponsored retirement plans, including product development, investment consulting, plan design, regulatory oversight and sales. At J.P. Morgan, Jim is responsible for building the organization's retirement services capabilities and managing the corporate retirement plan solutions available to clients. This includes development of retirement plan client solutions and screening of possible recordkeepers, administrators, investment managers and other vendors. Jim also assists directly with the development and review of investment policy statements, fund performance monitoring and deployment of participant education programs.
Prior to joining the firm in 2008, he was Senior Vice President at Aon Consulting, where he served as the Senior Business Development Officer for the Defined Contribution and Investment Consulting Practices and was a member of the National Defined Contribution Leadership Council. Jim was also the Founder and Principal of Aon Retirement Plan Advisors LLC, a Registered Investment Advisor providing investment analytical work for Aon's qualified plan and large-case deferred compensation plan clients, and President of Aon Annuities and Insurance Services, Inc. Jim has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, having held a variety of positions in sales, sales management, product development and management at both small and large financial institutions. He has served on industry boards and organizations, and is a frequent speaker at industry events. He received a B.A. in History from Fairfield University.
