Abby is the backbone of The Taylor Group, delivering high-touch customer service that cultivates positive relationships. She recognizes that each individual's first impression of their experience begins with her, and she goes the extra mile to ensure a smooth-running operation.
In her client-facing role, Abby is responsible for onboarding, account maintenance, money movement, and the many other activities required by the team's valuable mix of clients. She takes a problem-solving approach to coordinate the firm's resources and deliver innovative approaches for addressing challenges and concerns. Abby brings attention to detail, organization and efficiency to the team, imparting a sense of confidence and continuity. She is known for always having a smile on her face and building personal connections.
Abby began her career at Goldman Sachs before moving to UBS in 2007. She joined J.P. Morgan with her team to work for a firm that emphasizes placing clients first. She is a graduate of Boston College and holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses.
A native of Massachusetts, Abby lives with her husband and young daughter in Newton. To relax, she enjoys gardening, bike riding, travel and spending time with her family on the beach in Maine.
