About Wendy

Wendy Matamoros is a Client Associate at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Wendy works closely with Dan Jennings to provide a deeply customized client experience, characterized by attentiveness and care. Accustomed to the needs of highnet-worth clients, she builds genuine relationships with multiple generations of client families, demonstrating her commitment to their financial ease and streamlining the administrative burdens that wealth can impose. Clients look to her for meticulous follow-through and a resolve in seeing their requests to a satisfying conclusion.

Wendy has more than two decades of banking and wealth management experience. Before joining J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in 2023 with her team, she was a Client Service Associate with First Republic Investment Management. Her career also includes tenures with J.P. Morgan Chase, where she was a Private Client Banker and Small Business Specialist, as well as roles with U.S. Bank and Wells Fargo. Committed to excellence, Wendy has garnered a number of awards for her work, including National Achiever in 2019 and Outstanding Performer in 2018. She holds FINRA Series 6 and 63 securities licenses and has successfully completed the Securities Industry Essentials®(SIE®) Exam. She also holds California Life and Health Insurance licenses.

Outside the office, Wendy loves spending time with her husband, Josue Ramos, and their two sons. Their family circle also includes their beloved Australian Shepherd, Aussie. Wendy is very active with Torrance Little League, where she is the Team Mom, proud to support her sons and their teammates during their travel baseball games.
