About Catherine

Catherine Chase is a Managing Director and Wealth Partner at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Catherine has over two decades of private banking and investment advisory experience working with high-net-worth families, executives, business owners and private foundations. She uses her tax background in conjunction with her investment experience to create customized wealth plans and portfolios for her clients.

Before returning to J.P. Morgan, Catherine was a Managing Director and Wealth Manager with First Republic Investment Management. Previously, she spent several years with Credit Suisse Private Bank and Lehman Brothers. Catherine began her career with J.P. Morgan Private Bank, working in the fiduciary tax group, preparing tax returns for trusts, estates and private foundations. She also focused on stock option planning for corporate executives during the dot-com bubble.

Catherine received a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Delaware and a Master in Taxation from Widener University. She served ten years on the Board of Directors for The Wooden Floor in Santa Ana, CA.
