Carson Zhang is a Vice President and Alternative Investments Specialist at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Highly skilled in analysis, Carson provides clients and advisors with technical know-how across a wide range of alternative investment vehicles, including hedge funds, private equity, private credit, infrastructure and real estate. His focus is on providing strategies that help them make the best use of their assets.

Before joining J.P. Morgan in 2023, Carson was a Director on the Alternative Investments Team at First Republic Investment Management, where he drove operational excellence in marketing, research and operations. Previous roles include Assistant Vice President working on Index strategies at the London Stock Exchange Group and Assistant Vice President analyzing Fixed Income Index at Citi. He launched his career in 2015 as a Fixed Income Index Quantitative Analyst at Citigroup Global Markets.

Carson holds an M.S. in Information Technology and Management & Finance from The University of Texas at Dallas. He earned a B.S. in Finance from Sun Yat-sen University. He is fluent in Mandarin.
