About Kelly
Kelly Brait is a Wealth Planning Specialist at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
As a member of The McPharlin Cooper Group, she delivers tailored and comprehensive financial plans for the benefit of high-net-worth individuals, business owners, C-suite executives, entrepreneurs and other successful professionals.
Recognizing that each client has unique needs, Kelly utilizes an assessment process and invests time to uncover and understand specific requirements and objectives. She integrates these inputs with the vast capabilities of the firm to create appropriate strategies that care for individualized liquidity needs, risk and return parameters and time horizons. Kelly synthesizes information and provides both up- and down-side considerations to help clients through the financial decision-making process. With an energetic passion for nurturing strong client relationships, she constructs each plan in a bespoke fashion.
Kelly attended Dartmouth University where she played varsity soccer and earned a B.A. in Economics. She holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® (CFP®) designation and is empowered to develop wealth management strategies that target short- and long-term goals.
Kelly spent one year in market research and consultancy before joining Merrill Lynch and the team in 2015. Together, they transitioned to J.P. Morgan in 2018 to bring direct access to investment solutions that cover a range of requirements including residential and commercial lending.
Committed to giving back, Kelly participated in a relief mission in Uganda to bring a joyful soccer experience to local youths. She continues to play recreationally several times a week. In her free time, Kelly enjoys traveling with family and friends and exploring all that Chicago has to offer.
