About Chad

Chad M. Schwartz is a Managing Director and Wealth Partner at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Chad works with high-net-worth individuals and families, private business owners, entrepreneurs, public company executives and financial services professionals—including hedge fund and private equity principals—as well as nonprofit and healthcare institutions. Bringing a highly personalized, hands-on approach, he focuses on helping clients make sense of complex finances, supporting them as they consider important decisions with a disciplined, long-term perspective.

At the center of Chad’s work is a belief that being a true partner is not just a role, but part of who he is. It is in his DNA to help others, and that mindset shapes how he engages with every client relationship. A thoughtful and attentive listener, he takes the time to understand each client’s responsibilities, concerns and goals, striving to create an environment where people feel comfortable discussing sensitive or complex matters. His approach emphasizes accessibility, follow-through and a genuine sense of care, helping clients feel more organized and supported as their needs evolve.

Clients working with Chad benefit from the breadth of J.P. Morgan’s investing and lending capabilities, combined with an experience that is intended to feel personal, attentive and highly customized—similar to a boutique outsourced family office. Drawing on a background in institutional markets and financial trading, including time at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. covering foreign exchange and emerging market corporate credit, he brings a practical lens to evaluating investment opportunities and exploring differentiated strategies.

Chad joined J.P. Morgan in 2026 after more than a decade in wealth management at Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC. He earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Accounting from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Chad holds the FINRA Series 3, 7, 63 and 66 licenses.

Based in New York and originally from Chicago, Chad shares his time with his wife, Brielle, and their three young children—Lex, Lowe and Whit. He enjoys coaching and mentoring, and supports the Birthright Israel Foundation. Chad spends his free time golfing and being with family and friends.
