Kendall provides operational and customer service support for high-networth individuals, families, foundations and entrepreneurs. Her responsibilities include coordinating the operational aspects of the team, overseeing onboarding procedures and monitoring transactions to help keep day-to-day activities running smoothly. She supports a wide range of financial needs, striving to deliver an excellent customer experience.
Kendall joined J.P. Morgan in 2026 after developing a strong foundation in client service and attention to detail as a Licensed Broker at Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. She holds an M.B.A. from the University of Central Florida.
A resident of Chicago, Kendall resides in the Loop with her boyfriend, Ryan. She enjoys outdoor roller skating, cooking from scratch and putting her green thumb to work caring for more than 40 plants.
