About Erik

Erik Linstrom is a Wealth Advisor and Executive Director with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. He and his team manage assets for individuals, families and institutions utilizing J.P. Morgan Wealth Management's broad, global, capital markets platform. To understand clients' needs, his team forges relationships with clients' other advisors, including Certified Public Accountants (CPAs), trust and estate attorneys, middle-market investment bankers, business evaluation advisors, and commercial bankers. Alongside the traditional, global equity and fixed income services, Erik and his team provide a host of sophisticated investment services to complement these exposures, including hedge funds, private equity, options, currency strategies, structured products, and the implementation of tactical allocation strategies.

Prior to his practice in the financial services sector, he had an extensive career with Coca-Cola Enterprises, and Mobil Oil Corporation.

Erik began his financial services career in 2005 at Alliance Bernstein, where he worked until the end of 2010, when he joined J.P. Morgan. He works closely with his clients' advisors and J.P. Morgan Global Wealth Management Group to deliver investment insights regarding estate planning, management and liquidation of concentrated stock positions, and the sales of privately held businesses. He combines client service and communication skills along with J.P. Morgan's robust product and services platform to differentiate his team and serve the ever-expanding needs of its client base. He leverages the firm's advanced financial planning capabilities to assist clients in exploring the statistical probabilities of achieving their financial objectives, given their unique set of variables over various asset allocation designs.

Erik graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University's Pamplin College of Business, with a B.S. in Finance, in 1988. He currently lives in McKinney, Texas, and has three children. Erik enjoys golf, fishing, skiing and travel.
