About Dilun

Dilun Cross is an Executive Director and Client Specialist at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Dilun partners with advisors across the firm to deliver thoughtful guidance and personalized strategies for clients. Drawing on her deep background, she offers tailored support, helping connect advisorsand their clients to the breadth of J.P. Morgan's resources, insights and capabilities.

Bringing a collaborative and strategic mindset to each engagement, Dilun assists advisors with comprehensive approaches across investment management, sophisticated lending and philanthropy, along with assistance with estate and tax-aware planning strategies. Attentive and focused, she is committed to strengthening client relationships through education, access and coordination.

Dilun joined J.P. Morgan in 2023. Before joining the Client Specialist team, she served as a Banker at the J.P. Morgan Private Bank, supporting clients connected to the automotive industry. Earlier in her career, she held positions at Wilmington Trust, Citizens Securities Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc., and NYLIFE Securities LLC. Dilun earned a B.S. from Penn State University and pursued further studies in Philanthropy at The American College of Financial Services.

A motorsports enthusiast, Dilun serves on the board of the Los Angeles Chapter of the Porsche Club of America and maintains a strong network within the automotive community. She can often be found on the racetrack, discovering her own untapped potential and challenging the unknown. Passionate about community engagement, she co-founded the charitable foundation Go Go Dog Toys and serves on the board of Sow Good Now, a national nonprofit organization. Dilun and her husband enjoy spending time at the beach with their chocolate Labrador retriever.
