Samuel White is a Senior Client Associate with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Samuel is a vital member of The SGH Group, helping an accomplished clientele gain greater ease and convenience in the management of their financial affairs. Working alongside Scott Holstead, he provides execution and operational support for high-net-worth individuals and families, building strong relationships that extend across generations. Clients look to Samuel for the care and energy he brings to his work, as well as his deep-seated resolve to see client needs to a satisfying conclusion.
Samuel holds a number of responsibilities on the team, including addressing inquiries, preparing financial documents, facilitating asset transfers and ongoing management of client relationships. High striving, Samuel leads with quality service, facilitating success for both the team and clients. He takes pride in exceeding expectations and his ability to clear challenges that stand in the way, cementing his role as an operational powerhouse for the team.
Prior to joining J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, Samuel worked at Baird Private Wealth Management, where he sharpened his professional skills and acquired industry knowledge to advance client objectives. He has worked in wealth management since 2017. Samuel's experience also includes tenures with IBM. A graduate of Morehouse College, he earned his B.A. in Business Administration, focused on Management. Samuel holds FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses and is actively pursuing further certifications.
Within his community, Samuel is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc. whose mission is to "develop leaders, promote brotherhood and academic excellence, while providing service and advocacy for our communities." Samuel is a regular volunteer with the homeless community and has served as a Big Brother for many years with Big Brothers Big Sisters. An Astros fan, he lives in Houston and enjoys music, reading, connecting with friends and traveling in his free time.
