About William

William Abrams is a Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

William offers comprehensive wealth management services to affluent families, foundations, and institutions nationwide. He takes an integrated approach to provide customized strategies, including investment in public, private and alternative entities and instruments, cash management and lending. In collaboration with his clients' accountants and attorneys, he also assists with tax minimization, charitable giving, specialized insurance products, estate planning and succession planning approaches.

William's dynamic approach is based on his extensive experience with a global clientele. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2023, he served as an advisor at First Republic Private Wealth Management in San Francisco, where his team managed over $1.5 billion in client assets for Silicon Valley founders, public and private company executives, and families with multi-generational wealth. Before turning his focus to US domiciled clients, he served as a United Kingdom Investment Advisor at Fisher Investments International, and launched his career in the Institutional Clients Group at Citibank in Brussels.

William holds a B.A. magna cum laude from Hobart College. He was a top member of the varsity squash and golf teams, earning All-Conference and All-Academic honors.

A firm believer in the importance of service, William supports local non-profits, including the Community Foundation of Jackson Hole, and multiple veterans' organizations including the Travis Manion Foundation, Navy SEAL Foundation and Folds of Honor. He and his wife, Nicole, are avid athletes who enjoy skiing, snowboarding, golf and exploring the outdoors with their German Shepherd.
