About Jason
Jason Rogers is a Managing Director and the Head of Investments and Advice for J.P. Morgan Advisors, a division of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
In his senior leadership position, Jason drives business growth for the ultra-high-net-worth segment of the firm, overseeing investment products insights, advice, development and sales strategy. He partners daily with the CEO of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, the senior leadership team, regional field leaders and Advisors, gathering market intelligence to inform product development and setting product-specific strategy and goals for each region. Jason directs a team of field-facing Investment and Product Specialists who work individually with Advisors to present clients with customized strategies, from big-picture wealth planning to esoteric private deals.
Jason's background lies at the intersection of strategy, client relations and innovation. He stays one step ahead of market trends, synthesizing a 360º view that is critical to understanding the ever-changing financial landscape. He is known as a thoughtful and collaborative leader who seeks to achieve the best outcomes for clients and colleagues alike.
Before joining J.P. Morgan in 2023, Jason was at Deutsche Bank, where he was Head of Product Platforms and Sustainable Solutions for the Americas International Private Bank. He also served as a member of the Board of Deutsche Bank's U.S. Broker-Dealer. Previously, Jason held pivotal roles at both Goldman Sachs and Thomson Reuters. In a testament to his people skills, he began his career in social work before segueing into the financial services industry.
Jason credits his liberal arts education with helping him distill issues and frame successful ideas. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance from LaSalle University of Business and a B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Black Studies from the University of Pittsburgh.
A proponent of public service, Jason is Chair of the Advisory Board of A Long Talk, which provides education on racial justice. He is also an active supporter of the Department of Africana Studies at the University of Pittsburgh.
Jason was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, and along with his partner, Sharon, divides his time between Bucks County, PA, and his hometown. On the weekends, you can catch him watching Star Wars or listening to '90s hip-hop.
