About Kelly

Kelly Arrillaga is an Executive Director and Consultant in the Family Engagement and Governance Group at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Kelly's focus is on understanding a client's goals and the underlying values they would like to pass to the next generation. She is known for her empathetic nature and ability to relate to beneficiaries and other key stakeholders in the process. Kelly brings a proactive and collaborative approach to identify wealth management opportunities that align with these important objectives and help drive toward positive outcomes. She serves as a coach to guide clients along their wealth journey, meeting with all family members to understand their financial mindset.

Before joining J.P. Morgan, Kelly was at First Republic Private Wealth Management for five years, most recently in a similar function and as a Senior Trust and Fiduciary Advisor. Previously, she was at Wells Fargo for almost two decades, gaining a strong foundation as a Trust Specialist. Earlier, she was a Public Relations Manager at Privada, a startup tech company in Silicon Valley.

Connected with an organization dear to her heart, Kelly is a former board member for Families of Flight 93, an organization helping in the construction of a permanent memorial to the victims of the United Airlines Flight 93 crash that occurred on September 11, 2001, in Pennsylvania. She is also an active volunteer for Laughing Pony Rescue in San Diego, caring for the horses and donkeys that live at the rescue sanctuary as well as fundraising to help support the ongoing mission of the organization.

Kelly earned a B.A. in Creative Writing from the University of California, San Diego. She is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor and has received the Family Firm Institute Advanced Certificate in Family Business and Wealth Advising.
