About Kenneth
Kenneth Surick is a Vice President and Retirement Plan Consultant at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, covering the Southeastern region.
As a member of the Retirement Plan Consulting Team, Ken offers leadership and guidance across a broad range of retirement planning topics, assisting Advisors and clients in pursuing their individualized objectives and goals. His primary focus is on establishing and managing retirement plans tailored to help meet clients' specific needs. These offerings include J.P. Morgan's comprehensive range of 401(k), 403(b), 457, SEP IRA, and both traditional and cash balance defined benefit plans.
Ken brings more than 15 years of experience in retirement planning and a deep understanding of the field to his work at J.P. Morgan. He joined the firm's Retirement Plan Consulting team in 2022 from a role as an Employee Benefits Specialist at Bank of America. There, he supported Advisors and their clients as a subject-matter expert in defined contribution and defined benefit plans. Ken previously worked at a small financial services firm, supporting employer-sponsored plans and collaborating with key account holders on their financial planning needs. He launched his career at Merrill Lynch in 2007, working directly with retirement plan participants to help them understand and maximize their employer sponsored benefits.
Ken holds a B.A. in Business Studies from Stockton University and the FINRA Series 7 and 66 securities licenses. He earned the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation. Ken lives in New Jersey with his wife, Rachel, and their sons, Emmett and Grayson. In his spare time, he enjoys the beach, downhill skiing and spending time with his family.
