Lana Xiao is a Private Wealth Planner at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Lana provides customized wealth strategies and advice to high-net-worth individuals that reflect their financial values and priorities. She provides guidance across wealth planning, tax and estate planning, personal cash management, charitable giving and tailored lending approaches. By listening closely, she strives to help clients clarify their objectives and navigate life's complexities with confidence.
Lana joined J.P. Morgan in 2024 after holding wealth advisory roles at Silicon Valley Bank, Wells Fargo Private Bank and First Republic Bank. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional who holds the Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® designation and is also an IRS Enrolled Agent. Lana earned an M.S. in Economics and History from the London School of Economics and a B.S. in Business from the University of San Francisco, graduating summa cum laude.
Having lived in China and London, Lana now calls San Francisco home. After a fulfilling day of championing the needs of her clients, she recharges through meditation, yoga, Pilates and swimming. On the weekends, she enjoys exploring the beautiful Bay Area with her family. Lana is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
