Lisa Tormino is an Executive Director and Head of Family Lifestyle within the Family Wealth Services team at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Lisa leads the Family Lifestyle program, overseeing a curated network of in-house and third-party specialists who provide families of wealth with premium services designed to elevate their lifestyle.
Lisa's team helps support the day-to-day needs and priorities of clients, simplifying and enhancing their everyday lives. She oversees access to a broad range of lifestyle services, including bill pay, cybersecurity, healthcare, education, staffing, private aviation, luxury travel, and art and collectibles advisory. Through a personalized, high-touch approach, she and her team support advisors and their clients by simplifying complexity and helping families address practical considerations that extend beyond traditional financial planning. Her work focuses on enhancing efficiency and coordination across many aspects of clients' lives.
Lisa joined J.P. Morgan in 2004 and has since held a variety of roles in product, pricing and marketing across several of the firm's businesses. Before joining the Wealth Management division, she served as Head of International Deposit Pricing for the Global Liquidity Solutions team in J.P. Morgan Commercial Banking, where she was responsible for international balance sheet management and deposit pricing. Earlier in her career, Lisa worked in marketing and business development for professional sports and entertainment organizations in Los Angeles and New York, including Universal Studios, Warner Bros., the Los Angeles Dodgers and New York City's Olympic bid committee, roles where she regularly interfaced with high-profile, ultra-high-net-worth clients.
Lisa earned a B.A. in Economics from Cornell University and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School at UCLA. She lives in Manhattan with her husband. In her downtime, she enjoys rooting for the Yankees, attending live music events, going to the movies, exploring new restaurants and spending time at the beach.
