Lauren joined The Dempsey Group in 2022 as a Senior Registered Client Service Associate and draws from more than two decades of industry experience to support the team's client relationships. A true conduit to our comprehensive services, she stays in frequent communication with our clients to help organize and anticipate their needs. Lauren actively engages with each individual, provides the most current account updates, and takes the initiative to resolve any requests or inquiries. She believes that both motivated care and close attention to each relationship helps bolster a person's ability to meet their goals.
Before joining the team, Lauren gained vast experience at UBS Financial Services, Merrill Lynch, Cushman & Wakefield and Barclays. Her background as a Wealth Strategy Associate and Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis strengthens her approach to financial management support. Whether planning, analysis or research-based, Lauren's attentive service adds to the global market strategies the team tailors to address every client's financial landscape and breadth of priorities. No matter the goal, she brings clear direction and a commitment to meticulous support and team interaction.
Lauren earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Connecticut, where she was VP of Finance for the Kappa Alpha Theta fraternity. She and her husband, Matthew, live in Syosset, New York, with their daughter, Jordyn.
