Jorge Medrano is a Client Associate at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

As an essential member of The Delaney Group, Jorge plays a vital role in servicing the team's clients, working hand-in-hand with the Advisors to help operations run smoothly. He views his client-facing role as the team's go-to person, opening new accounts, tracking money movement, executing transfers, placing trades and conducting other day-to-day functions.

Clients are drawn to Jorge for his genuine and caring nature. He enjoys different personalities and is committed to delivering high-quality customer service, believing that how individuals are treated is a differentiating factor for his team. Jorge is hardworking, as evidenced by his attending college while working full-time.

Jorge began his financial industry career in 2015 as a Teller at Wells Fargo, where he rose to a Banker role before assuming a similar position at First Horizon Bank. There, he became a Client Specialist working with members of the music, sports and entertainment communities. He joined The Delaney Group as a Client Associate at J.P. Morgan in 2022.

A student pursuing a B.A. in Communication Arts from Florida International University, Jorge holds an A.A. in Mass Communication/Media Studies from Miami Dade College.

Jorge's interests lie in music and sports, and he naturally gravitates toward members of those communities, building a rapport and forming relationships on common ground. He also serves on his church's broadcast team, distributes food and meals at holidays and helps supply back-to-school backpacks to students.
