About Pedro

Pedro Fernandez is a Managing Director and Wealth Partner at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Pedro is a founder of The Fernandez Cabrera Group, and works with entrepreneurs and business owners to guide them in creating a cohesive wealth management strategy. He acts as a conduit to the fortress balance sheet and global capabilities of J.P. Morgan, one of the world's most respected banks.

Drawing on his experience as a corporate executive, which gives him insight into what it takes to operate a successful business, Pedro's primary focus is understanding each client's entire picture. He evaluates their assets, liabilities and their legal structure, helping to transform them into a long term wealth plan.

In a career that spans more than 35 years, Pedro has accumulated a differentiated combination of business and investment experience, most recently in investment management for 20 years. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2023, he was a Senior Vice President at UBS. Previously, Pedro was a Principal at Bernstein Global Wealth Management, where he served the needs of business owners. His earlier career comprised executive and managerial positions at Andersen Consulting, Cambridge Technology Partners, Syntel and Concero before pivoting to the financial services industry.

Pedro graduated magna cum laude from the University of Miami with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering. He is actively involved in his community, having served on the Baptist Health South Florida Foundation, the Tocqueville Cabinet of the United Way and as co-chair the Perez Art Museum Miami's Corporate Luncheon.

Pedro and his wife, Nory, reside in Pinecrest.
