About Rafael

Rafael Urquidi is an Executive Director and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

As the lead of portfolio execution and capital markets research for The Churchill Group, Rafael manages multi-asset discretionary portfolios and cross-asset execution and trading for J.P. Morgan clients. He draws on his broad investment experience and the research resources of J.P. Morgan to conduct and provide extensive market commentary and economic analysis.

Rafael holds a B.S. in Finance, a B.S. in Economics and a minor in French from the University of South Carolina. He has over 20 years of finance and investment industry experience. Before joining J.P. Morgan, he was a Senior Vice President at Wells Fargo, Vice President at Credit Suisse and Investment Associate at UBS.

Devoted to his community, Rafael is actively involved with numerous organizations: ICU Baby, Sylvester Cancer Center at the University of Miami, and St. Stephens Episcopal Day School as part of their Endowment Investment Committee. He is passionate about the outdoors and enjoys road and mountain biking, surfing and snowboarding. He lives in Coral Gables with his wife, their three children and two dogs.
