About Victor
Victor K. Hernandez is an Managing Director and Wealth Partner with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Victor provides wealth management, advisory and securities services to a limited number of clients including ultra-high-net-worth families, C-suite executives, entrepreneurs and institutional investors across the U.S.
Through Victor and his team, clients have access to services and resources ordinarily reserved for the most sophisticated investors. Victor takes a team-based approach to developing highly customized solutions and provides value across the entirety of each client's financial picture. He leverages the resources of a world-class platform together with the capabilities of his team to manage investments across multiple platforms.
With over 18 years of experience in financial services, Victor delivers investment management, cash management, access to capital markets, wealth & estate planning and custom lending & liability management strategies.
In 2005, Victor began his career in New York City with J.P. Morgan Private Bank as an Analyst covering international ultra-high-net-worth clients. He moved to HSBC as an Investment Officer to provide recommendations and strategies for clients in Latin America. After three years, Victor returned to J.P. Morgan Private Bank and led a team of specialists to service the complex needs of entrepreneurs and executives in South Florida. While at the Private Bank, he was selected by the firm as one of the top bankers globally in 2017.
Victor segued to his current role in 2018, drawn to the robust opportunities of the division's flexible investment platform. Victor is a graduate of Bentley University, where he earned his B.S. in Finance and a minor in International Business. He holds an International M.B.A. from the prestigious IE Business School in Madrid, Spain. Victor credits his father with instilling in him a love of finance and for teaching him the value of integrity and perseverance.
Victor is married with two children and commits himself to paying forward the help he received in his youth; he and his family are active participants in many worthy causes including:
