About Miranda
Miranda Holmes is a Managing Director, Wealth Planner and the Northwest Team Lead for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management's Wealth Planning and Advice team.
A CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Miranda brings more than 25 years of experience consulting with high- and ultra-high-net-worth clients and their families on important objectives and goals. Her focus is on executive compensation and benefit planning, concentrated stock positions, private equity and venture capital interests, the formation of family entities, closely held businesses, gifting strategies and other multi-generational wealth transfer planning strategies. Miranda is also skilled in income and cash flow planning, estate planning, philanthropic planning and the implementation of risk management strategies. She has also obtained the Chartered Financial Consultant® and Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM designations.
Miranda joined J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in 2023 after serving as a Senior Managing Director and Advanced Planner at First Republic Private Wealth Management for more than a decade. Previously, she was a Director and Senior Private Planner at UBS Financial Services, a Wealth Planning Specialist at Wells Fargo, a Financial Planning Specialist at Merrill Lynch, and a Financial Planner at Prudential Financial Planning.
Active in her local community, Miranda is a past President of the San Francisco Estate Planning Council and is a member of the Financial Planning Association. She earned her B.F.A. with Honors in Theatre from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
