About Stephan

Stephan Rothe is a Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

He joined J.P. Morgan in 2013 and was previously with Merrill Lynch Private Client Group for 15 years in the same capacity.

As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® professional, Stephan applies a wealth based approach to help clients with their financial objectives. Whether high-net worth individuals, non-profit organizations or endowments, his focus is on providing clients with strategies that align with their needs, including cash management strategies, investing, trust and estate strategies and more.

Stephan earned his designation as a Certified Investment Management Analyst® (CIMA®), in conjunction with advanced studies at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He is also a Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®), a designation he earned at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Both designations are conferred by the Investment Management Consultants Association®.

He earned his B.A. at the University of Denver and his J.D. from New York Law School.

Stephan is a member of the Financial Planning Association, the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey and the New York Historical Society.

He lives in Allendale, New Jersey, with his wife and two daughters.
