About Iroda
Iroda Gazieva is a Vice President and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
As the founder of The Gazieva Group, Iroda leverages her extensive background in capital markets to guide clients in wealth creation and preservation. Her leadership and entrepreneurial skills are evident in her close work with high- and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, multi- generational families, founders, entrepreneurs, corporate executives and foundations for whom she develops dynamic strategies tailored to individualized challenges and aspirations.
Iroda's approach to wealth management is comprehensive, spanning investment management, retirement and estate planning, banking, lending and other sophisticated services. Her clients benefit from her ability to harness the global resources of J.P. Morgan, delivering best-in-class solutions, risk mitigation techniques and innovative ideas that lend the confidence they are in good hands.
In a decade-plus financial services career spent mainly in Investments, Iroda has built a seasoned understanding of the strategic impact that portfolio management plays across the financial picture. She is skilled in asset allocation and constructing customized portfolios that deliver better outcomes for her clients. Iroda takes a long-term perspective, overlaying her strategies with a tactical approach that allows her to be more opportunistic and focused on short-term trends. As an Accredited Investment Fiduciary®, Iroda is experienced in advising on employer-sponsored retirement plans in accordance with ERISA standards, applying a process-driven approach to help sponsors navigate their fiduciary responsibilities while aligning investment options with participants' long term goals.
In her previous role, Iroda was an Investment Specialist, advising J.P. Morgan Advisors on portfolio construction and implementation across all asset classes, including equities, fixed income and alternatives. She collaborated with strategists and asset-class leaders to deliver the firm's outlook and market views. Earlier in her career, she was tapped to work in Collateral Management at the Investment Bank and before then, in Credit and Investment Risk in the Private Bank.
A graduate of Rutgers University, Iroda holds a B.S. in Finance and Economics. She is fluent in Russian, her native language.
Iroda resides in New Jersey with her young family, with whom she is mindful of setting a positive example of the value of hard work. Her free time is spent with her children, and as a former competitive athlete, Iroda enjoys staying active and following a healthy lifestyle.
