About Kathleen

Kathleen Hurley is a Vice President in Business Development with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

She joined The Seltzer Group in 2022, bringing years of experience in the financial services industry as a capital markets professional. Kathleen is responsible for overseeing The Seltzer Group's client service model and operational procedures. She takes great pride in managing a consistent high-quality client experience from account opening to investment selection, implementation and beyond.

Kathleen began her career in financial services as a client associate at a hedge fund. Subsequent to that she established herself in the ETF industry where she worked as an issuer of new investment vehicles and later as a sales/trader. Prior to joining JP Morgan, she was Vice President of ETF Sales/Trading at a global bank where she facilitated ETF trade flow and managed execution for her institutional clients across North America. She brings with her an impressive knowledge of the equity & ETF marketplace as well as a background in capital markets and sales.

Kathleen graduated from Villanova University where she was a Division 1 student/athlete. She currently resides in Long Island with her husband and three children. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time in Montauk with her family. She also holds her New York real estate license & is a member of Tuesday's Children charity.
