Ben began his career at CIT Group in 2018, focusing on middle market credit lending within the Leveraged Debt Capital Markets group, and later joined Prospect Capital Management, where he evaluated and executed private credit investments. He spent six years in the direct lending industry before moving into an advisory role. Most recently, at LifeSci Advisors, he advised healthcare executives and investors, including family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and hedge funds, before joining The Yamin Group at J.P. Morgan in 2026.
Ben earned a B.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Miami Herbert Business School, graduating cum laude.
