About Frank

Frank McGrew is a Business Development Officer with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Frank transitioned to J.P. Morgan Wealth Management in 2023, having previously been a Managing Director within Regional Investment Banking at J.P. Morgan. Prior to joining J.P. Morgan, Mr. McGrew was Managing Partner at McNally Capital and leader of the firm's Merchant Banking efforts while actively supporting Direct Investing efforts in concert with broad family office partner relationship coverage. Earlier in his career he held roles of increasing levels of responsibility at investment banks Raymond James, Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch, Salomon Brothers, Morgan Keegan and Morgan Joseph.

He began his 34-year professional career in 1990 and has been primarily focused within financial services with a goal to provide exceptional advice and outstanding client service. He has gained extensive experience related to investments, corporate governance paradigms, and corporate finance theory in addition to leading both public and privately-held organizations through complex M&A advisory and financing assignments. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School and a BBA from Southern Methodist University. Mr. McGrew resides in Nashville, Tennessee with his wife and two daughters.

He holds FINRA Series 7, 24, 63, and 79 licenses.
