About Jim
Jim is an Executive Director and the National Lead for the Lending Associate team at J.P. Morgan Advisors, a wealth management division of J.P. Morgan. In this role, he works with Financial Advisors to understand their clients' financial goals and needs to then custom craft tailored and innovative liquidity strategies to meet those objectives. Jim's areas of expertise include both traditional banking such as deposit accounts and credit cards as well as a broad range of credit strategies like securities based loans, mortgages and complex custom lending arrangements as a part of integral part of holistic wealth management.
Whether discussing traditional banking accounts, borrowing money for a home or looking for guidance on how to finance a business, Jim's many years in the industry enable him to provide sound credible advice along with a very detailed understanding of the current market's landscape. He is committed to providing a high level of service to ensure that clients and advisors have timely support in managing their affairs.
Jim's career began in community banking during college and has spanned more than twenty five years across traditional banking, wealth management and financial services with firms like First Union/Wachovia Banks, Morgan Stanley and UBS Financial Services. He has held numerous roles throughout his tenure in the business to include Branch Manager, Private Banker, and Banking Consultant.
Most recently, Jim served as a Senior Wealth Management Banker at UBS Financial Services, Inc. where he consulted to Financial Advisors on their client's banking and lending needs across multiple office complexes in the Southeast and MidAtlantic regions.
Jim is a graduate of Georgia Southern University with a BA in Spanish and minors in International Studies and Finance. He holds FINRA Series 7, 63, 66, and 24 licenses. In his spare time he volunteers with the Georgia 4 H Club where he serves on the statewide Foundation Board of Trustees.
