About Marc Torres
An architect of a family office's financial legacy.
ㅤ
I work closely with family office clients across the U.S. to build diversified portfolios with a strong focus on fixed-income and alternative investments. My background within the institutional capital markets is differentiated and enables me to offer a breadth of value-added capabilities.
ㅤ
- Evaluate the role of direct equity investments and alternative investments within the broader context of a family office's overall investment objectives, policies, and target asset allocation guidelines.
- Leverage the full capabilities of J.P. Morgan to identify and distribute institutional-quality investment opportunities, including direct equity deal flow and other niche ideas.
- Deliver private placement offerings through a collaboration with the firm's equity capital markets team.
- Originate and secure structured lending transactions backed by non-standard collateral such as direct private equity holdings, concentrated public stock positions, restricted stock and limited partnership interests in hedge funds and private equity funds.
