Ryan Starker is an Associate at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Ryan represents the continuity of family business within J.P. Morgan as a generational member of The Starker Delehanty Wealth Management Group. He joined the team as part of a strategy to be a next generation advisor, helping clients navigate wealth preservation, intergenerational transfers, tax planning and estate planning.
Ryan graduated from the A.B. Freeman School of Business at Tulane University in 2020 with a degree in management. He began his career at Horizon Media, where he worked on the agency strategy side across multiple Fortune 500 companies. He then moved to Viant Technology, an AI-powered programmatic advertising platform, where he managed some of the company's largest clients in New York, helping shape media execution strategy at the forefront of the evolving advertising industry.
He now brings that same analytical rigor to the financial industry, joining the team led by his father, David Starker, and his longtime partner, John Delehanty. In this role, Ryan applies his data-driven and strategic background to enhance the portfolios and investment plans of existing and future clients while contributing to the growth of the broader team. A longtime student of the markets, Ryan has always been drawn to the intersection of strategy and investing, and he channels that genuine curiosity into every client relationship.
Originally from Armonk, New York, Ryan currently lives in New York City. He enjoys playing tennis and basketball with friends. In his free time, he can most often be found in the mountains hiking, snowboarding, and spending time outdoors—usually with his dog, Jasper, by his side.
