About Rydian

Rydian Searles is a Client Associate at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Rydian joined the firm in 2023 with the team from First Republic, where he was a Client Service Associate. Prior to that role, he was an Advisor Onboarding Associate, Team Lead for two years.

Rydian is responsible for the team's business management and finances. This includes allocating resources and creating operational efficiencies that put a premium on clients' time. He also oversees the team's efforts to welcome new clients, introduce new technology, and handle their daily requests.

A native Californian, Rydian grew up in a small town with little knowledge of business or finance. Looking to learn more and help his extended family, he earned a B.S. in Finance at Portland State University and moved to New York, to begin his career. A longtime road bike cyclist, Rydian and his fiancée, Lisa, and their two dogs make their home in Manhattan.
