Paul Gasparro is a Managing Director and Wealth Partner at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management. Paul leverages 30 years of experience as a trusted Advisor to a select group of prominent family offices and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, serving as their dedicated ally in addressing their sophisticated and complex financial goals. His five-person team has been together for over a quarter of a century, ensuring continuity of advice across generations of each family. Paul acts as a powerful gateway to give clients direct access to all the resources J.P. Morgan has to offer, including its global reach, comprehensive platform and high-quality research.

Drawing from a deep reservoir of knowledge accumulated over multiple market cycles, Paul guides clients in pursuing the future they envision and creating a legacy for their families and the community around them. He has a long history of managing substantial assets and ran one of the largest practices at Lehman Brothers and Credit Suisse before joining J.P. Morgan in 2015.

Paul resides in Rye, New York with his wife and three sons. He is a proud alumnus of The University of Colorado, Boulder. Education is a core family value with a focus on financial support for underserved students. Paul has served as an advocate and volunteer with the Leeds Business School at his alma mater and with Rye Country Day School. He has established a scholarship at Boston College and sits on the Parents Leadership Council. Outside of work, Paul enjoys skiing, golf and cooking a great meal for his family and friends.
