Katelyn Hannington is a Vice President and Investment Associate at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

Katelyn joined the Hirsch Stabile Group in 2025, after joining JP Morgan in 2023 as a Fixed Income Trader. As an Investment Specialist on the team, Katelyn is responsible for portfolio management, market analysis, reporting, and trading. With her deep knowledge of financial and capital markets, combined with a passion for investment analysis, she is a key contributor to the team's Investment Committee. Katelyn is dedicated to developing tailored investment solutions that meet the unique needs of clients.

Originally from South Africa, Katelyn graduated from the University of Cape Town with a B.S. in Accounting and Finance. With over 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, she began her career at Deloitte, South Africa, where she qualified as a Chartered Accountant. After spending 4 years with Deloitte in both South Africa and London, Katelyn joined HSBC in New York. There, she spent 6 years in the Fixed Income Investment Management group, initially as a fixed income strategist and later as a buy-side fixed income and equity trader.

Katelyn lives in New Jersey with her husband, George, and two young daughters, Grace, and Chelsea. Outside of work and running after her small children, Katelyn enjoys reading, trying new restaurants, and spending as much time as she can back in South Africa, where her family still resides.
