About Shirley

Shirley Chang is a Vice President with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

As an integral member of the O'Callaghan Thomas team, she provides leadership by designing and implementing strategies to execute the team's goals. Shirley's focus is on overseeing the day-to-day operations of the team and its premium service vision. Responsive and detail-oriented, she fosters an environment of excellence.

Shirley graduated from Stanford University with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. She earned an MBA in finance, Marketing, and Management through the Langone Program at NYU's Stern School of Business. With 23 years of experience in financial services, she began her career in 1998 at Montgomery Securities in Private Client Services covering middle-market institutions with equity research sales and trade execution. Shirley then moved to Lehman Brothers Private Investment Management group at Lehman Brothers, where she served as CFO and CAO of a team of 12 professionals for three years. She also specialized in managing corporate executives' equity based compensation, as well as implementing tax and estate planning strategies within client portfolios. Shirley was recruited with the O'Callaghan Thomas team to Morgan Stanley Private Wealth Management in 2008. She joined J.P. Morgan in 2017.

She holds FINRA Series 7, 65, and 63 securities licenses.
