About Sean

Sean Kilkenny, AIF® is a Vice President and Wealth Advisor with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management .As a Partner of The Starker Delehanty Group, Sean helps high-net-worth individuals, business owners, attorneys and corporate executives with investment consulting and advanced wealth planning strategies. He leverages nearly a decade of financial services experience across accounting and banking to bring thoughtful solutions to the sophisticated needs of his clients.

Sean's objective as an advisor is to help clients live the life they dream of by providing a strategic road map to get there. He takes an attentive approach and invests the time to thoroughly understand his clients' lifestyle and both sides of their balance sheet. He then leverages J.P Morgan's industry- leading research1 and open architecture platform to customize a risk-adjusted investment portfolio that aligns to the specific needs of his client. Sean complements his services with alternative investment strategies and an array of credit and mortgage facilities.

His passion for financial markets started at a young age and can be attributed to his grandmother. A widow and beneficiary of a concentrated stock position, she taught him the importance of cash flow, dividend income and tax efficient borrowing. Most importantly, he learned first hand how growing and preserving wealth can present opportunity, which inspired him to help others positively impact their families by growing their wealth. Sean holds the Accredited Investment Fiduciary AIF® Designation as well as the FINRA General Securities Series 7 and Series 66 licenses.

Prior to joining J.P. Morgan in 2015, Sean worked as an accountant at Ernst & Young and RSM McGladrey. He graduated with a BBA in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland. Sean is an avid golfer and lives in Jersey City, New Jersey with his girlfriend, Amanda.
