About Evan

Evan Soff is an Executive Director and Wealth Advisor at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

He joined the firm in 2023 from First Republic where he spent two years with the team. He launched his career in 2005 at Citibank—eventually rising to be Senior Vice President and Senior Wealth Advisor at Citi Personal Wealth Management.

An investment-savvy, goals-based advisor, Evan focuses on risk management and multi-generation planning. Given his personal and professional skills, he is able to work continuously with clients from the goal- setting stage of the relationship through the design, implementation and management of their investment portfolios.

Many of Evan's clients are entrepreneurs and senior-level executives building wealth and families, with little time to manage the details of their financial affairs. In frequent discussions with clients, Evan provokes discussion around the purpose of wealth and what holds meaning in clients' lives.

Evan holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor® (CPWA®) designation and a B.S. in Economics from New York University, with a minor in Music. Following his passion today, Evan plays guitar in local bands. He also enjoys a good game of tennis and family time with his wife, Maggie, and their young daughter. Evan is active in his local Short Hills, New Jersey, community, and looks to make a positive impact wherever possible by supporting social justice and other charitable initiatives.

Investments & Wealth InstituteTM (The Institute) is the owner of the certification marks "CIMA," "Certified Investment Management Analyst," "CPWA," and "Certified Private Wealth Advisor." Use of CIMA, Certified Investment Management Analyst, CPWA, and/or Certified Private Wealth Advisor signifies that the user has successfully completed The Institute's initial and ongoing credentialing requirements for investment management professionals and/or wealth advisors.
