About Karen

Karen Mendoza is a Client Associate at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

A longtime member of the team, she spent two years at First Republic and 11 years at Citi Personal Wealth Management, before joining the firm. Karen launched her financial services career in 2002.

Dedicated to exceeding client expectations, Karen believes that "good enough is never enough." She is highly attentive to accuracy and detail, priding herself on the level of care she provides—the kind she would expect in a family office-style service model.

From banking solutions to discussions surrounding clients' insurance needs, Karen welcomes the opportunity to discuss important issues with clients and their families. On many occasions, including trips to clients' homes, pictures and stories are shared of children, giving her deeper insight into their lives and goals. For Karen, rolling up her sleeves and contributing to a comprehensive financial strategy for clients is time well spent.

Outside of the office, Karen enjoys time with her husband and four daughters at home in Wayne, New Jersey. Giving credit to her mother-in-law for her Italian cooking skills, Karen also revels in true crime books and movies, with no idea where her fascination with the topic began.
