About Gregory
Gregory Leischner is an Vice President with J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
As part of the team, Greg helps to deliver comprehensive wealth management services for high-net-worth individuals, business owners and corporate executives. He also serves family offices, institutions, RIAs and PIVs, offering differentiated execution capabilities.
Greg creates tailored investment management and asset allocation strategies that are designed to address each client's specific and often complex requirements. He actively manages the entire process, immersing himself in strategic development, implementation and ongoing portfolio monitoring. Competitive by nature, he is driven to pursue results for the team's clients.
Known for his analytical acuity, Greg meticulously researches companies and current conditions looking for opportunity and value. He applies a bottom-up and fundamental approach with an emphasis on market-oriented investment styles. He has significant background with a wide range of vehicles including equities, fixed income, structured products, options and derivatives.
Greg set his sights on a career in financial services at an early age, inspired by his father who works on Wall Street. He joined J.P. Morgan in 2009, drawn to the firm's world-class investment platform and global financial resources. He has worked diligently to amass experience on both the institutional and private client side. Greg holds the CFA Charterholder credential, one of the most respected designations in finance. He is a member of The CFA Society of New York, and is very active in their Young Leaders Group.
A native of New Jersey, Greg graduated from Muhlenberg College in Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Finance and Marketing. He played elite-level soccer on both his high school and college teams and continues his passion by participating in a number of adult leagues.
Greg lives in Westfield, NJ with his wife, Sydney, daughter, Madison, and son, Jackson. He enjoys golf and is a member of Plainfield Country Club in Edison, NJ. On weekends, Greg and his family like to spend quality time at the beach.
