About Fran

Fran Margiotta is a Vice President and Business Management Specialist at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.

As an integral part of The Weikes Group, Fran's responsibilities include managing and streamlining primary and critical front-line administrative functions that support the team.

Fran has spent more than 20 years in financial services, and has a deep administrative management understanding of family offices and hedge funds, compliance and the ultra-high-net-worth business.

Prior to joining The Weikes Group in 2023, Fran held many positions within J.P. Morgan, working closely with senior management. She was the Assistant to the CEO of J.P. Morgan Securities and spent over a decade with him over his career. Her leadership skills and reputation for delivering exceptional client service are what she is best known for.

In 2020, Fran joined a wealth management team at First Republic as a Director and Business Practice Specialist, working with the two managing partners on all functions of their business until her return to J.P. Morgan.

During her personal time, Fran enjoys her home in the Adirondack Mountains surrounded by her husband, three children and four grandsons.
