About Carrie
Carrie Port is an Investment Associate at J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
Carrie works closely with clients to provide detailed solutions for complex questions, advancing their priorities through integrated strategy and advice. Combining her analytical strengths with her passion for helping people, Carrie is accustomed to navigating the distinctive opportunities and challenges of an accomplished clientele, providing them with the guidance they need to make informed decisions about the scope and direction of their financial lives.
Carrie works in concert with her colleagues to deliver a differentiated level of responsiveness and guidance. Within the team, her areas of focus include investment operations and trading, risk assessment, compliance facilitation, fiduciary oversight, team management, and special projects. A capable multi-tasker, she excels in taking on demanding assignments and seeing them through to a satisfying conclusion. Carrie believes that clients appreciate her follow-through and her ability to expedite pathways to their objectives, charting a way forward while balancing a hierarchy of needs.

Throughout the course of her career, Carrie has welcomed additional responsibilities and leadership roles. She began her financial services career in 2015 at ITG, a fintech firm specializing in trading technology, where she was an Analyst. In 2019, Carrie joined First Republic Bank, ultimately becoming an Associate Director and Client Relationship Analyst. Four years later, Carrie moved to J.P. Morgan Wealth Management with her team. She earned her B.A. in Business and Psychology with a minor in Economics from the University of Pittsburgh. Carrie holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 securities licenses.
Carrie lives in New York City near Gramercy Park. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching documentaries, traveling, and taking advantage of all the amazing things the city has to offer.
