Giovanna is an integral member of The Andrews Luther Webb Group and serves as a main point of contact for their high-net-worth individuals and families. She focuses on continuously improving the customer experience through timely and creative solutions to their financial service requests. She draws on her strong understanding of the sophisticated needs of clients to deliver personalized and excellent service. Giovanna takes the time to know each client, addressing their concerns, solving problems and navigating the firm on their behalf. She is responsible for day-to-day administration of client account oversight, banking and lending for the team. As a tenured member of the firm, she also serves as a resource of knowledge to other Client Associates at J.P. Morgan.

Originally from New York, Giovanna began her career at J.P. Morgan Private Bank on Wall Street, working alongside the fast-paced environment of investments and trading. She has over 30 years of industry experience, and was with Merrill Lynch for 20 years before rejoining J.P. Morgan in 2019. Giovanna's strengths include attention to detail, commitment to clients and coordinating the operational aspects of the team. She holds FINRA Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses and speaks fluent Spanish. Giovanna is a longtime resident of South Florida, and cherishes spending quality time with her two sons. She is an avid runner, participates in many local 5k races and even completed the full New York City Marathon.

Giovanna is an active supporter of several philanthropic organizations including Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Habitat for Humanity and Boy Scouts of America. She is also involved with The Lighthouse for the Blind, a nonprofit that is personally meaningful to her family.
